Dennis Richards

Dennis Richards came to ABI from National Church Residences, the nation’s largest not-for-profit provider of affordable senior housing, where he served as the Senior Director of Housing Development. In this role, he led all housing development efforts for the Atlanta MSA. Prior to leading the Atlanta market, Mr. Richards served as the Director of Finance for Housing Development, where he was responsible for all finance and cost accounting activities for housing development projects across the organization’s national footprint. A native of Columbus, Ohio, Mr. Richards holds a B.S. in Financial Management from The Ohio State University and an M.B.A from Franklin University. Mr. Richards is a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
