Nicole Kimes has over 17 years of experience providing accounting and financial reporting services to the real estate industry, both private and public. Her expertise spans across a wide range of financial responsibilities, including funds, operating and development properties, investor reporting, joint ventures and corporate operations. She also has specialized experience with the financial aspects of capital transactions as well as the compliance aspects of joint venture agreements, lender financial covenants, and REIT requirements. A registered CPA, Kimes holds a BS in Accounting from Southern University and A&M College.
