Amy Sickles has extensive work experience in the medical field. Amy began their career in 2006 as a Physician Assistant at the Department Of Army, where they provided care to active duty personnel, retirees, and their family members. Amy was also selected to deploy as an expert reviewer for clinical and ethics committee cases. In 2008, they joined Atlanta Cancer Care as Director of Advanced Practice Providers. In this role, they lead a team of 20 Advanced Practice Providers across multiple locations, providing superior inpatient and outpatient care to high acuity patients with multiple medical issues.
Amy Sickles started their education at Berry College from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Business. Amy then attended the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University from 2004 to 2006, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physician Assistant. In addition to their formal education, Amy obtained a certification in Excel PivotTable Quick Tips from LinkedIn in April 2023.
