Claire Haley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Claire began their professional career as a Congressional Intern for the U.S. House of Representatives in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Serial and Government Publications Intern at the Library of Congress. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Student Worker at the University of Georgia Food Services.
In 2017, Claire joined the Atlanta History Center, where they held multiple positions of increasing responsibility. Claire started as an Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and then transitioned to the role of Special Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer. In 2019, they became the Special Advisor to the CEO and Media Communications Director, and then later the Vice President of Public Relations and Programs. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Democracy Initiatives and Author Programs.
