Kenneth Laster

Kenneth Laster is an experienced film programming professional with a Bachelor's degree in Cinema and Media Studies from Carleton College. Currently serving as the Film Programming Manager for the Atlanta Jewish Film Festival since September 2022, Kenneth previously held roles as a Programming Assistant and Weitz Fellow at Film Streams. Additional writing experience includes contributing to ComicsXF and Multiversity Comics. Kenneth has also been involved in various arts organizations, including an internship at The Wassaic Project and an externship with Underscore Theatre Company, where responsibilities involved administrative support and script feedback. Through multiple roles at Carleton College, including a Peer Leader and Production Office Tech Assistant, Kenneth demonstrated strong communication and organizational skills, fostering community engagement and supporting fellow students.
