Gian D'Amico has a diverse work experience in the field of ticket operations and customer service. Starting in 2014, they worked as the Director of Ticket Operations at Hickory Crawdads, where they provided excellent customer service, built schedules and events, and managed the ticket office. Gian also served as the Ticket Operations and Merchandise Assistant during that time, supervising ticket office staff and working at the window. From 2016 to 2019, they continued their ticket operations role at Memphis Redbirds, LLC, ensuring premium customer service and overseeing box office and access control operations. From 2018 to 2019, they also served as the Ticket Operations Manager at Memphis 901 FC, where they focused on customer service, built and maintained venues and events in the ticketing system, and managed box office and access control operations. In 2020, Gian joined Atlanta Motor Speedway as the Director of Consumer Operations, responsible for ensuring a premium ticketing experience for all fans, leading day-to-day ticket office and event operations, and managing events using various ticketing systems. Prior to their roles in ticket operations, Gian gained retail experience at Finish Line as an Assistant Store Manager and Sales Associate, providing premium customer service, leading sales teams, and managing inventory. In 2013, they interned in Sports Administration at Atlanta Public Schools, assisting with stadium operations and event management.
Gian D'Amico completed their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in History from the University of North Georgia between 2008 and 2011. Following that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Kennesaw State University between 2011 and 2013.
