Gloria Jones

Gloria Jones is an accomplished bassist with extensive experience in orchestral settings. Currently serving as the Associate Principal Bass for the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra since September 1984, Gloria is responsible for filling in for the Principal Bass and handling split orchestra situations. Prior to this role, Gloria was the Principal Bass for the Flint Symphony in Flint, Michigan, from September 1982 to May 1984, where leadership of the bass section and managing bowing markings were key responsibilities. Gloria's educational background includes studies at The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor from 1981 to 1984.
