Martha Monrose Lmsw

Martha Monrose, LMSW, is an experienced licensed master social worker with a strong background in care management and social services. Martha has been serving at Atlantic Dialysis Management Services since April 2015 and previously worked at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center from 2016 to 2020. Prior experience includes a role as a waiver service provider at Abbott House from July 2010 to April 2015 and as a social worker care manager at VillageCareMAX from December 2012 to July 2014.
