Xavier Babot Voith

Xavier Babot Voith has extensive experience in the logistics industry. Xavier started their career in 1995 as part of the Seafreight Import Department at Hamann Overseas. Xavier then worked as a Logistics & Key Accounts Manager at Cosco Iberia Ship Agency from 2000 to 2007. From 2007 to 2012, Xavier served as the Sales & Traffic Manager at Atlantic Forwarding Spain, S.L. After that, they became the Managing Partner at SICONOR LOGISTICS, S.L. from 2012 to 2016. Xavier then joined ASTA LOGISTIK as the International Commercial Director from 2016 to 2018. More recently, they served as the Managing Director at Welldex Logistics from 2018 to 2021. Currently, Xavier is the Managing Director at Atlantic Forwarding Group, a position they have held since October 2021.

Xavier Babot Voith has a diverse educational background. In 1996-1999, they attended ASET BARCELONA, where they completed a degree in Speditionskaufmann. Xavier then pursued a Master's degree in Shipping Business at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 2000-2001. In 2020, Xavier attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology's MIT xPRO program and completed a course in Mutual Gains Negotiation. Xavier also undertook a course in Negotiación de Beneficios Mutuos at MIT xPRO in the same year. In 2021, Xavier enrolled at IESE Business School for the PDG-Programa de Dirección General, a general management program. Additionally, they completed a comprehensive training in customs as a REPRESENTANTE ADUANERO at TARIC in the same year. Recently, in 2023, they completed an Executive Master's degree in Finance at Esade.
