Carolina Decastri

Carolina Decastri has a diverse work experience. Carolina began their career in 2017 as a Showroom Sales Assistant at Versace, followed by a role as a Junior Consultant at SocialFare. In 2018, they took on the role of HR Strategy at Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, followed by Project and Stakeholders Management at Allianz in 2019. In 2020, they became a Community Manager and European Summit 2021 Organiser at 180 Degrees Consulting Barcelona, and in 2021 they took on roles as Entrepreneur In Residence at Tanso and Business Project - External Innovation Consultant at Novartis Oncology. Carolina is currently working as a VC Platform Engagement Lead at both Atlantic Labs and FoodLabs.
