Desirree Palumbo

Desirree Palumbo has had extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Director of Human Resources at Atlantic Medical Imaging since 2014. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Home Infusion Solutions, LLC, where they successfully created and managed a fully functioning Human Resources Department. Desirree also played a crucial role in reorganizing and restructuring the Human Resources Department at NY Waterway, where they led all aspects of HR and implemented various initiatives such as a revised personnel policies handbook and an annual employee appreciation and health fair. Before that, Desirree worked as the Director of Human Resources at Humanscale, where they developed training courses, oversaw new hire orientation, conducted investigations, and managed the HR function for a staff of over 400. Desirree also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Greenwich House from 2001 to 2004.

Desirree Palumbo completed their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government at City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College from 1989 to 1993. Desirree then pursued a Master's Degree in Public Administration at New York University from 1994 to 1996.
