Don Lacroix

Don Lacroix is an experienced professional in the power and renewable energy sectors, currently serving as the Rigging/Renewables Operations Division Manager at APM, an affiliate of GE - Power Services, since 2005. Don has a robust background in operations management, having held roles such as Operations Manager, Service Manager, and Lead Resource Manager, where responsibilities included coordinating union trades and developing staff skill sets. Additionally, Don's experience spans from supervising union labor in the power industry to project engineering roles that emphasized compliance and design enhancements. Early career positions included serving as a Field Engineer at Alstom Power and a Sales & Design Engineer at Maxcess International. Don holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an Associate’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
