Bharath Kannan

Bharath Kannan is the Co-Founder & CEO at Atlantic Quantum. Bharath was previously a PhD Research Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from June 2016 to May 2022. Bharath was also an undergraduate research student at Rutgers University from October 2013 to June 2016 and a research student at Princeton University from August 2012 to August 2013. Their research focuses on microwave quantum optics and waveguide quantum electrodynamics with superconducting qubits.

Bharath Kannan received a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Rutgers University. Bharath then went on to earn their Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
