Alex Caro

Alex Caro has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alex currently serves as the Director of Technology Operations at Atlantic Shores Retirement Community since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Endurance IT Services for three years, serving as a vCIO, Technology Consultant, and Staff Support Manager. Alex also gained experience at mindSHIFT, a Ricoh company, where they worked as a Pre Sales Engineer and later as an IT Solutions Service Executive. Alex has held various roles at Electronic Systems, Inc., including IT Business Analyst and IT Services Consultant. Alex also has entrepreneurship experience as the Managing Member of Enlighten SEO. Earlier in their career, they worked in roles such as Media Consultant at SuperMedia, Freelance SEO at Six3 Marketing, Internet Marketing Consultant at AT&T Interactive, and Account Executive at Verizon Wireless.

Alex Caro obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. They also have several additional certifications in various areas such as VMware Sales, Veeam Sales, Cisco Networking, Commvault Technical Sales, HIPAA for Business Associates, and Barracuda Pre-Sales Engineering.
