Throughout Alison Holt-Fuller's 20+ years in banking, she has developed a deep understanding of what matters to customers. This helps her guide her team to position products and services in a way that meets their needs and delivers a better, easier customer experience.
She is most passionate about what she calls the trifecta – being a champion for customers, colleagues, and risk management. She looks for opportunities where she can make a difference, whether it is improvements in product offerings, development of teammates, or protecting the best interests of customers and the bank.
At Atlantic Union Bank, they have a framework in place that helps them create and maintain innovative, customer-centric, and scalable solutions, while protecting customers and the bank.
She holds a BBA from The University of Texas at Arlington, an MBA from The University of Dallas, and also completed the Consumer Bankers Association Executive Banking School.
