Ikem Mbeledogu

Ikem Mbeledogu is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Engineer at Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure Plc since May 2022, Ikem previously held various roles at ENMAX from January 2011 to May 2022, including Lead Mechanical Engineer and Supervising Engineer, overseeing mechanical engineering support for a significant natural gas-fired generating fleet, as well as managing engineering aspects of facility operations and projects. Earlier in the career, Ikem gained valuable experience as a Mechanical Engineer and Resident Engineer, optimizing plant operations and improving asset reliability. Ikem began the professional journey as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op at Syncrude Canada Ltd. after earning a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Windsor in 2010.
