Javier Albarracin

Javier Albarracin has a diverse work experience with a focus on finance and project management. Javier began their career as a Controller at Befesa Agua in 2001 and then moved on to Befesa as a Financial Analyst from 2003 to 2007. Javier then joined Abengoa Solar as the Head of Project Finance for nearly a decade. In 2016, they joined Finance in Motion as the Head of Project Finance for a brief period before transitioning to Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure Plc. At Atlantica, they initially served as the Director of Finance and currently holds the position of Chief Investment Officer.

Javier Albarracin has a diverse education history. Javier completed their Degree in Business Administration at the Universidad de Huelva in an unspecified year prior to 2000. Following that, in 2000-2001, they pursued a Master's in Finance and Capital Markets at the Instituto de Estudios Cajasol. Later, in 2007-2008, they attended the IESE Business School, where they completed the Management Development Program, focusing on Management.
