Fabiano R. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the consulting, education, and public policy sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Atlantico Partners since July 2023 and as Senior Advisor at PEM Strategy from August 2024, Fabiano previously held significant roles at Trybe as Vice-President of Marketing and Admissions and Chief of Staff from February 2022 to June 2023. Fabiano's career began at Boston Consulting Group from September 2013 to February 2022, where roles progressed from Associate to Project Leader. Additionally, a brief tenure as a Public Policy Advisor at the Ministry of Economy occurred in mid-2019. Fabiano holds an MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, complemented by an exchange program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
