Rich Hill has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to marketing and financial analysis in the casino industry. Rich started their career at Sands Casino, where they worked as a Manager, Casino Analysis, and later transitioned to the role of Manager, Financial Accounting. During their time at Sands Casino, they focused on maintaining and analyzing general ledger accounts and preparing financial statements.
In 2001, Hill joined AC Hilton Casino as a Manager, Database Marketing, where they were responsible for creating marketing matrices, tracking campaigns, and optimizing performance. Rich later became the Director, Database Marketing, and developed and managed integrated marketing campaigns, including direct mail, email, and telemarketing.
In 2007, Hill joined Trump Entertainment Resorts as the Director, Marketing Analytics. In this role, they led marketing analysis initiatives for three business units, including financial and operational analyses of customer segments, marketing programs, and sales staff development. Rich also implemented a competitive business intelligence program.
Since 2011, Hill has been working at Atlantis, Paradise Island, Bahamas. Rich initially served as the Database Marketing & Financial Analysis Manager and later became the Director, Database Marketing and Financial Analysis. In this role, they managed all aspects of direct marketing operations, database marketing, and financial analysis. Hill was responsible for developing and executing direct mail and database programs for the casino division, as well as budgeting and financial tracking for the marketing division.

Rich Hill completed their education with a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Rutgers Business School in the years 1988 to 1995. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Stockton University between 1983 and 1988.
