Previously, Connie held the position of Sr. Manager for Continuous Improvement and Project Management at Atlas Air, focusing on operational efficiencies and cost savings through data analysis and process improvement methodologies. Prior experience includes working as a Project Manager/Analyst in Continuous Improvement at JetBlue Airways, where Connie utilized Lean Six Sigma and project management methodologies to drive cross-functional initiatives and enhance operational efficiencies. Connie earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and an MBA in Management from St. John's University.
