Joe Freese

Joe Freese is the Director of Scheduled Maintenance and Outside Services at Atlas Air since June 2021, overseeing aircraft scheduled maintenance and outside services events, including planning, process review, and performance assessment, with a focus on aircraft interiors and landing gear program management. Prior to this role, Joe Freese served as the Sr. Manager of Aircraft Engineering, Reliability, and Maintenance Programs at ABX Air, Inc. from March 2005 to June 2021, providing management and technical support for various aircraft systems. Joe Freese holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics with a focus on Aviation Maintenance Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a Project Management certificate from Xavier University, a Professional Certificate in Computer Support Technology from UC Blue Ash College, and an Associate Degree in Applied Science, Aviation Engineering from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
