Vickye Parish has extensive experience in contract administration and management, currently serving as a Senior Contract Administrator at Science and Engineering Services, LLC since September 2016 and as a Contracts Manager at ASRC Federal since March 2015. With a proven track record in "cradle to grave" administration of Time and Materials (T&M), Cost-Plus-Incentive-Fee (CPIF), and Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contracts, Vickye has successfully managed contracts totaling over $250 million. Key responsibilities include proposal review and submission, administration of active contracts, maintenance of contract files, oversight of deliverables, invoice accuracy reviews, and contract close-outs. Additionally, Vickye has been a Sr. Contracts Negotiator at Lockheed Martin Missile Fire Control since April 2012, further enhancing expertise in contract management. Vickye holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance/Management from Jacksonville State University, earned between 1978 and 1981.
