Tom Mathew

Tom Mathew is an experienced Catering Operations Manager currently with Atlas Air since March 2022. Prior to this role, Tom served as Operations Manager at Emirates Flight Catering from September 2001 to September 2020, where responsibilities included leading a team to ensure compliance with food safety and occupational health and safety standards in inflight catering. Earlier, Tom worked as a Station Dispatch Coordinator at Saudi Arabian Airlines Catering from September 1995 to July 2001, contributing to the establishment of operations and team cohesion during a startup. Tom's career began as a Flight Officer with The Ambassador Group of Hotels & Sky Chef (NIHPL) between June 1992 and August 1995.
