Risha Sirdeshmukh

Risha Sirdeshmukh is an incoming 2024 Summer Associate at the Boston Consulting Group and currently serves as the VP of External Relations at Atlas Consulting Group, where responsibilities include managing social media to raise awareness for an on-campus consulting organization. Risha also holds the position of Director of Finance for Project RISHI, focusing on marketing and fundraising efforts for community health initiatives in rural India. At the University Career Center at the University of Michigan, Risha coordinates the Clothes Closet, assisting students in obtaining professional attire. Previous experience includes a marketing and category management internship at SEPHORA, where Risha contributed to offline launch strategies for new brands. Risha studies Business Administration and Psychology at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and College of Literature, Science, and the Arts, respectively, expected to graduate in May 2025.
