Jennifer Carrothers

Jennifer Carrothers is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and operations leadership, currently serving as Sourcing Operations Team Leader at Atlas Copco since February 2018. In this role, Jennifer oversees a 20-person team and manages a $55M project budget for industrial compressor projects, maintaining a portfolio of 49 concurrent initiatives for global clients such as Samsung and Daewoo. Prior to this, Jennifer held several key positions at GE, including Product Management & Applications Operations Leader, where significant cost savings were achieved by reducing a budget from $112M to $92M. Jennifer's expertise also encompasses process improvement and compliance management, having led global integration for 4,000 expatriates and managed various operational facets to enhance project workflows. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's of Science in Mathematics from the University at Albany.
