Joanna Gorska

Joanna Gorska has extensive experience in human resources, starting in the year 2000. Joanna began their career as an HR Specialist at HJ Heinz, where they worked until 2004. From there, they joined Hewlett-Packard as an HR Manager until 2007. In 2007, Joanna became an HR Business Partner for IT and Operation Area at mBank SA, where they worked until 2009. Joanna then moved on to Trigon Dom Maklerski as an HR Manager, overseeing human resources management for Trigon Investment Banking Boutique and Brokerage House. Joanna joined ING Insurance in 2010 as an HR Manager and served as the HR Business Partner for Marketing and Corporate Sales. Most recently, they joined Atlas Copco Poland, starting as an HR Manager in 2014 and eventually becoming the Head of HR in 2017.

Joanna Gorska has a Master of Arts degree in Roman Philology (French, Italian) from the University of Silesia in Katowice, which they obtained from 1994 to 1999. Joanna later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Management and Marketing from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach from 1997 to 2000. In 2001-2002, they attended SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where they completed a post-graduate program in Human Resources Management.
