Mark Mihalevich has extensive experience in the field of eCommerce and digital strategy. Mark is the Founder and CEO of Atlas Digital Group since 2018, where they specialize in designing and managing industry-leading eCommerce solutions to accelerate growth for businesses. Prior to this, Mark held various leadership roles at Altice USA, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of eCommerce, where they focused on transitioning customer transactions and services to digital platforms. Mark also played a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic roadmaps and operating models that resulted in significant growth, cost reduction, and efficiency in sales operations.
Before joining Altice USA, Mark served as the Vice President of Digital Strategy and Products at Suddenlink Communications. Mark led all residential digital marketing, sales, and customer experience efforts, establishing eCommerce as the fastest-growing and best-operated sales channel in the company.
Mark's career began at Kairos Advisors, LLC, where they served as President and Founder. Mark specialized in traditional and new media product strategy development and execution for major media companies in the US and Europe, including Blockbuster, Suddenlink Communications, and Comcast Corp.
Prior to that, Mark worked at Vibe Solutions Group as the Vice President of Business Development, leading product, channel, and strategy development. Mark also designed and managed the development of multiple consumer internet services.
Earlier in their career, Mark held positions at Charter Communications, including Director of Video Product Management, where they were responsible for strategy and planning for video products and services. Mark developed plans and models to improve packaging, reduce capital expenses, and drive operational efficiency.
During their tenure at Charter Communications, Mark also served as the Director of Product Development/Business Analyst. Mark spearheaded research, development, and deployment of video and internet products and services, including the deployment of Video On Demand (VOD) models in multiple markets.

Mark Mihalevich obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Rhodes College, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance, Economics, and Strategy at Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, attending from 1998 to 2000.
