Freddy Elford

Freddy Elford is a seasoned professional in the finance and collections sector with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Collections and Credit Executive at Atlas Finance since November 2022, Freddy previously held the position of Group Head Africa Collections at Izwe Africa Holdings Pty Ltd from August 2019 to October 2022, specializing in the microfinance industry. Freddy's career also includes significant roles at Nimble Group as Operations Executive and at FNB South Africa, where responsibilities ranged from Head of Card Collections to Head of Operations. Additionally, Freddy has held leadership positions in back office administration and general banking. Educationally, Freddy completed an Advanced Leadership Programme in Organizational Leadership at Nelson Mandela University in 2004, following foundational studies at Welkom High from 1982 to 1985.
