Justin Phillips

Justin Phillips is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in networking, access control, and incident management. Currently serving as a Networking & Access Control Field Technician at Atlas International Technology Services Inc since October 2020, Justin specializes in installing networking devices, data cabling, and VoIP systems. Previous roles include Major Incident Manager at IBM, where Justin facilitated communication during critical outages, and a technical support role for the Walgreens account. Over a 24-year tenure at Walgreens, Justin advanced from Assistant Manager to ESS Lead Technician, successfully expanding the IT field service Depot in Knoxville, TN, from one technician to a team supporting 100 stores across multiple states.
