Ann-Marie Laubscher

Ann is an experienced Business Manager with a specialism in Human resource development and organisational change. Her key focus is on providing systems and operational initiatives to support Atlas MIS key contracts. She has spent much of her career working in Public Sector Organisations and made the transition to private sector organizations in 2018. One key difference is reduced bureaucracy which is welcomed especially in a sector that needs to be commercially responsive.

She supports a variety of key contracts which includes all aspects of delivery: Recruitment – mobilization – delivery – H & S compliance – Quality and Customer review.

Her key areas of responsibility include Contract Management, Business Management Support, Systems and Processes, Recruitment, and Training. She prides herself on achieving desired outcomes for clients and developing a partnership where flexibility and outputs are key. She looks forward to continuing this approach with a consistent focus on good practice and outstanding results.
