Richard O.

Richard O. has a diverse work experience in various sales and management roles. Richard began their career in 1993 at Quikrete as a Sales Manager, where they were responsible for sales, marketing, customer service, and distribution channels. In 1999, they were promoted to Director of Sales for El Rey Stucco, Inc & QUIKRETE of New Mexico, where they integrated the sales team and was in charge of marketing, pricing policy, and complaint resolution. From 2002 to 2012, Richard worked as the Director of Sales and later as the Director of Sales and Customer Service at Parex USA, Inc. In these positions, they oversaw sales and customer service operations. In 2015, Richard joined Atlas Roofing Corporation as the Southwest Region Manager, responsible for improving distribution channels, maximizing market share, and enhancing customer experience. Richard then served as the Western US Sales Manager, where they developed a strategic plan, built a high-performing sales team, and improved customer service. Currently, Richard holds the role of Director of National Accounts at Atlas Roofing Corporation, where they develop and manages key national dealers/distribution, industry buying-groups, and OEM-roof insulation within the US.
