Rodney Starling, MSPM has a diverse education background with a focus on project management, computer security and forensics, criminal justice, and electronics engineering technology. Rodney holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Project Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. Rodney also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Security and Forensics from Strayer University and another BS degree in Criminal Justice from the same institution. Additionally, Rodney holds an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Coastline College as well as another AS degree in Criminal Justice from the same college.
In terms of certifications, Rodney has obtained the NAVSEA Reliability Centered Maintenance Level II certification from the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in August 2019.
