Craig Henninger Cissp, Ccsp

Craig Henninger, CISSP, CCSP has over 30 years of experience in the field of information security. Craig is currently the VP and Chief Information Security Officer at Atlas since 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as the Senior Director of Information Security at GXO Logistics, Inc. from 2021 to 2023, where they managed the information security tools and governance while assessing risks and providing valuable data to senior leadership. From 2018 to 2021, Craig served as the Director and Business Information Security Officer at XPO Logistics, Inc. Craig also worked as the COO and Director of Security Team at Scorpio IT Solutions from 2017 to 2019, focusing on information security consulting for clients. Craig's experience also includes being the Manager of Security Advisor Services at CampusGuard from 2009 to 2017, as well as holding various positions at Penn State University, including Security and Technical Consultant and Senior Network Analyst.

Craig Henninger, CISSP, CCSP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Leadership from Trident University International, which they obtained between 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended the USAF from 1981 to 1985, studying Computer Systems and Electronics Repair. In terms of additional certifications, Craig obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in October 2008. Craig also holds the Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) certification from (ISC)², obtained in August 2022. In addition, Craig has earned certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001 Practitioner from APMG International in April 2019, and they have completed courses such as "CCSP 2019: Cloud System Architecture Design" from Skillsoft in June 2022 and "Cybersecurity: Managing Risk in the Information Age" from HarvardX in March 2022. These certifications and courses demonstrate their dedication to continuous learning and furthering their expertise in the field of information security.
