Éva Bátyity

Éva Bátyity has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Éva started their career in 2004 at IBM, where they served as an HR Generalist and later became a Team Lead of HR generalists. In 2006, they joined HRG Hungary as the Euro Centre Manager for the EMEA region, and later became the Deputy Managing Director & Euro Centre Manager.

Éva then moved to ADP in 2010, where they held various positions, including Regional Partner Manager for the Partner Network - EMEA, Service Alignment Manager for the Partner Network, and Expert in Global Payroll Standards. Their tenure at ADP ended in 2019.

After leaving ADP, Éva joined ELEMENTS GLOBAL SERVICES in 2019, taking on the role of Regional Payroll Lead for the Middle East, Central Asia, US&Canada. Éva later became the Payroll Integration Manager before leaving the company in 2022.

Currently, Éva is working at Atlas as the Payroll Partnerships Manager, a position they have held since June 2022.

Éva Bátyity completed their education from 1998 to 2004 at Károli Gáspár Református Egyetem, where they earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Dutch/Flemish Language and Literature. Additionally, they obtained certifications in various fields including Six Sigma training, Green Belt, leadership competencies training in 2005, and IATA BSP (Airfares and ticketing) Certificate, GALILEO CRS-Certificate in 2002.
