Nick Larsen

Nick Larsen has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Nick has held various roles in different companies. Currently, they serve as a Client Delivery Director at AtlasRTX. Prior to that, they worked at Frontline Group as a Senior Manager of Implementations.

Nick also has an extensive background at inContact, where they held multiple positions, including Sr. Director of Professional Services, Director of Professional Services, Senior Manager of Professional Services, and Senior Consultant. Their tenure at inContact lasted from 2011 to 2021.

Before their time at inContact, Larsen worked at Convergys in different capacities. Nick served as the Director of Program Management, Site Leader/Director of Operations, Director of Client Services, and Senior Client Services Manager. Their responsibilities included strategic initiatives, operational management, client relationship management, and program performance.

Additionally, Larsen has military experience as a Section Chief in the United States Army.

Their earliest work experience was at Convergys, where they started as a Phone Representative and later progressed to roles such as Quality Analyst, Supervisor, and Production Manager.
