Carola Pescio Canale

Carola Pescio Canale is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in managing and directing design teams within prominent technology companies. Currently serving as a Senior Design Manager at Atlassian since November 2024, Carola leads the design efforts for Rovo, an AI tool focused on search and conversation. Prior experience includes a Senior Design Manager role at Dropbox, where Carola oversaw usability across desktop and mobile platforms and contributed to high-level strategic planning alongside executive leadership. Previously, Carola gained valuable skills as a Product Designer at TaskRabbit, Vertical, and Paylance Inc., and co-founded Horus Technology, demonstrating a strong commitment to innovative design and user-centric experiences. Carola holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Genoa.
