Katherine Lovelace

Katherine Lovelace is an accomplished business strategist with extensive experience in customer success, operations, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff and Sr. Director of Success Business & Operations at Atlassian since October 2024, Katherine is responsible for establishing operational cadences and managing budgets. Previously, Katherine held senior leadership roles at Databook, focusing on Go-to-Market operations and customer success strategies, where significant revenue growth was achieved. Additional experience includes key roles at AppDirect, Talkdesk, Oracle, Technology Finance Partners, and Medtronic, with expertise in business process re-engineering and engagement with C-Level executives. Katherine holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from UCLA.
