Oliver Holecek has a diverse work background that includes roles in food service and community work. Oliver started their career as a Housing Coordinator with USCRI Albany and then worked as a Garden Organizer for Capital Roots. Oliver was also a Prep Cook at Lucas Confectionery and is currently working as an Executive Chef for Soul Cafe Albany. In 2017, they started their own company, Primo Botanica Craft Chocolate, where they were both the Owner and Chocolate Maker. Oliver will soon be working as a Retail Sales Operator for MyFOREST Foods.
Oliver Holecek received a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology with a focus on Cultural Anthropology from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh from 2008 to 2012. From 2015 to 2016, they obtained an Advanced Certification in Ayurvedic Preparations from the International Academy of Ayurveda. Additionally, Holecek earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cultural Anthropology from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh between the years 2008 and 2012.
