Inara Ingilabsoy

Inara Ingilabsoy possesses extensive experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at ATL Tech since March 2022. Prior to this role, Inara held the position of Head of Human Resources at AZAI TECH from August 2022 to July 2023, and at Baku Electronics, where Inara advanced from Senior Recruitment Specialist to Leading Recruitment Specialist between November 2020 and March 2022. Inara's career also includes a role as Training and Development Manager at Laffaire Aviation in Cyprus, as well as training-focused positions at Rixos Hotels and ABSHERON Hotel Group. Inara holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from Qafqaz Universiteti, earned from September 2011 to June 2016.
