Rhenan Cardoso has been working in the engineering field since 2014. In 2021, they began working as a Software Engineer at Atmo Biosciences and as a New Product Introduction Engineer at MiniFAB. From 2018 to 2021, they were a Mechatronics Engineer at Medical Robotics, where they were the technical leader responsible for ensuring the alignment of the project's technical development to the project's scope, time, and budget requirements. This included CAD prototyping design through SolidWorks, software development, additive manufacturing design approach for 3D printing prototype, collaborative robot programming, and integration with Visual Studio, and electronic component selection, PCB design, development, assembly, and testing. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as an Automation Engineer at A1 Engenharia, where they were responsible for detailed automation and instrumentation design for projects in the Pulp and Paper industry. This included well-understanding of the DCS solution and its dedicated surrounded systems, instrumentation basic engineering, automation basic engineering, understanding of electrical drawings, and as-built documentation.
Rhenan Cardoso completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná between 2009 and 2013. Rhenan then went on to pursue a Graduate Diploma in Global Project Management from Torrens University Australia between 2017 and 2018. In 2018, they obtained a Master's degree in Global Project Management from Torrens University Australia.
