Evan Burns

Evan Burns, P.E. is a Senior Engineer at Atmos Energy with experience since February 2018 and previously held roles as Engineer III and Engineer II. Prior to joining Atmos Energy, Evan served as a Civil Engineering Analyst at Kimley-Horn, focusing on construction drawings, technical assessments, and project management for land development in Texas and Oklahoma. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Field Engineer for Halliburton, where operational engineering expertise was provided at wellsites, and internships with companies such as EST, Inc., Ferrovial Agroman US Corp., and Stenstrom Schneider, Inc., involving engineering design and analysis. Evan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, completed in 2013, and a high school diploma from Plano West Senior High School, earned in 2008.
