Richard Mitschke was named vice president of Customer Service on January 1, 2021. Previously, he served as Director, Customer Service Systems.
Richard joined Atmos Energy in 2008 as Director, IT Strategy and Planning. In 2012, he transitioned to the role of Director, Customer Service Systems. He previously served on Atmos Energy’s Utility Marketing Council, Utility Operations Council, and the Culture Council.
Richard holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas. He also earned an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Richard and his wife have two daughters.
