Stephanie Disher

Stephanie Disher has a strong and extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the filtration and energy industries. Stephanie is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Atmus Filtration Technologies, a position they started in May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President and Executive Director at Cummins Inc., where they played a key role in the Cummins Filtration division from August 2020 to May 2023. Stephanie also held several leadership positions at Cummins Inc. from 2013 to 2020, including Managing Director, Director of Operations, and Director of Finance in the South Pacific region. Additionally, they served as a Non-Executive Director at Norman Disney & Young from August 2016 to 2018. Stephanie began their career at BP in 2003 and held various roles, including Programme Director, Performance Reporting Manager, HR Performance Manager, and Finance Director for BP Solar Asia Pacific.

Stephanie Disher completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce at Western Sydney University from 1994 to 1998. Stephanie then pursued further education and obtained their CPA certification from the Australian Society of CPA from 1999 to 2001. In 2012 to 2014, Stephanie earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Melbourne Business School. Additionally, they took courses on Globalisation of Business at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2013. In 2016, Stephanie completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
