Carmen Cristina Tempesta has been working in the talent acquisition and human resources field since 2019. Carmen Cristina began their career as a Human Resources Assistant with the Scottish Association for Marine Science in 2019, followed by a role as an HR and Recruitment Administrator with VSA.
