Lindsey Talmadge has worked in Human Resources since 2015. Lindsey began their career at SunEnergy1 as an HR Generalist, where they were responsible for employee relations, recruitment, Federal and State compliance, and minor benefit administration. Lindsey also prepared forms 1094 and 1095-C from computer generated data and maintained confidential employee files for over 200 people. Lindsey then moved into the role of Human Resources Manager and Payroll Administrator, where they maintained payroll information, prepared daily timekeeping records, resolved payroll discrepancies, provided accurate payroll information, and processed garnishment requests and other deductions. In 2014, they joined PureBody Fitness as an Operations Manager, where they handled human resource responsibilities, payroll for two locations, managed a front desk staff, and supervised daily tasks in the studio. Lindsey also conducted weekly staff meetings, maintained customer service standards, operated a juice bar, planned and executed promotional events, and created a multi-tier budget and accounting system. In 2012, they began their work in Human Resources at Planet Fitness as an Assistant Manager, where they were responsible for interviewing and hiring staff, training during the 90-day probation period, assisting the general manager with daily operational issues, handling billing and customer complaints, monitoring inventory, preparing daily bank deposits, and ensuring staff coverage and camaraderie. In 2021, they moved to GoHealth as a Human Resources Business Partner. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Atom Power, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager.
Lindsey Talmadge attended Sanderson High School from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a College Prep degree. Lindsey then attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2005 to 2010. In October 2019, they obtained a certification in Prioritizing Your Tasks from LinkedIn.
