Jacinta Munro

Jacinta Munro has extensive experience in various human resources roles. Jacinta started their career as a Human Resources Advisor at Staging Connections in 2004 before moving on to work as an OHS and Return to Work Coordinator at Mackay Consolidated Industries. In 2009, they joined Target Australia Pty Ltd as an Organizational Development Advisor and later transitioned to become a Workplace Relations Advisor. In 2012, Jacinta became the National HR Manager at The Reject Shop, where they focused on implementing HR infrastructure and managing industrial relations strategy. Jacinta then worked as a Human Resources Director at Australian Clinical Labs, where they supported organizational change and developed HR practices. From 2018 to 2022, Jacinta worked at Bulla Dairy Foods, initially as a People Operations Manager and later as the General Manager of People & Culture. Their responsibilities included developing HR policies, supporting business growth, and ensuring legal compliance. Jacinta Munro's most recent role is Head of People at Atomic 212º, where they are responsible for overseeing the company's human resources activities.

Jacinta Munro holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Monash University. Jacinta also possesses a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, with a focus on Marine Ecology, from the University of Melbourne.
