Linc Martin began their career in 2005 as an Inventory Specialist for RGIS. In 2006, they worked as an Independent Contractor for Robert Half, performing basic job duties such as time-management reporting, digital/analog data archiving, answering phones, and general office duties. Linc then worked at MoneyGram International from 2007 to 2015, where they were a TSC Representative and a Record Storage Clerk. During their time there, they were elected as a representative to train new team members, programmed an intermediary utility in Excel to streamline daily scheduling, and de-escalated more than 460 critical situations for agents per month. In 2015, they began working as an IT Consultant for DOC.COM COMPUTER SERVICES, where they were responsible for Active Directory policy administration, resolution of software/hardware compatibility issues, and network troubleshooting and maintenance. In 2018, they began working at Atomic Data as a Software Engineer, where they were responsible for forensic investigations into software issues, scripting for real time monitoring technologies, Web infrastructure maintenance and updates, and maintaining white glove service for clients. Linc was then promoted to NOC Lead, NOC II, and NOC 1, where they were responsible for training and coaching newer resources and reporting to management on a daily basis.
Linc Martin obtained an Associate's in Applied Science in Computer and Network Support from Minneapolis College between 2016 and 2018. Additionally, they obtained an Intermediate Networking certification in December 2013.
