Tracy Gubrud, MBA, CSM

Tracy Gubrud, MBA, CSM has over 16 years of professional experience. In 2019, they began working as an Account Manager at Atomic Data, where they create and maintains long-lasting client partnerships built on trust, addresses client business concerns, facilitates issue resolution, and identifies opportunities for implementation of new products and services to support client growth. Tracy manages a client portfolio of 10+ medium and large clients and partners with sales and engineering to ensure client satisfaction of IT Managed Service Provider infrastructure and solutions.

Prior to this, Gubrud worked at Thomson Reuters from 2003-2019 in various roles. Tracy was a Lead Business Process Analyst, where they coached and mentored the business analyst quality team on managing daily project work and working through stakeholder adversity. Tracy was also a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for forecasting and resource planning. Gubrud was also a Lead Project Analyst, where they designed and implemented FTE monthly forecasting solution used by 75+ employees through use of project management methodologies. Additionally, they were a Business Operations Analyst, where they coordinated estimate gathering for new growth initiatives and designed and provided project management of business case estimation process, including costs and resource allocation. Lastly, they were a Quality Assurance Specialist/Consultant, where they developed test scripts, test plans and other documentation for use in quality assurance testing of court dockets content on Westlaw website.

Tracy Gubrud holds an MBA from Bethel University in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science from St. Cloud State University, and a Certified Scrum Master® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance.
