Hemant Batra

Hemant Batra has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Hemant started their career as a Senior IT Recruiter/Lead at The Resource Chip in 2004 and worked there until 2008. From 2008 to 2009, they served as a Principle Consultant/Asst. Manager Recruitment at James Blake Solutions Ltd. Hemant then joined CGC as a Recruitment Manager from 2009 to 2014. In 2017, they joined Avsar HR Services as a Sr. Manager Business Consulting, where they worked until 2018. Currently, they are working at Atomic North as a Talent Acquisition Manager/Head RMG, responsible for talent acquisition strategy and implementation, managing client relationships, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Hemant Batra attended Bundelkhand University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a B.Com degree in Business/Commerce, General. In July 2021, they also obtained a certification in Learning LinkedIn Recruiter from LinkedIn.
