Alex Bowman

Alex Bowman has worked in the technology industry since 2005. Alex started as a Consultant at Arcadia Solutions, and then progressed to Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant, and eventually Software Engineering Manager. In 2014, they joined Plated as Lead Software Engineer in Product Development and Fulfillment Operations, where they were responsible for Plated's custom system to develop and fulfill all weekly meal kits. In 2017, they co-founded Local Food HQ, and in 2019 they co-founded Atomic Returns. Most recently, in 2021, they joined the Board of Selectmen for the Town of Sandisfield, MA.

Alex Bowman graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. In 2019, they participated in Entrepreneuers Roundtable Accelerator's program for Cricket Returns, ERA17. Prior to this, they attended Deerfield Academy.
